Prices are per person based on double occupancy.
We can accommodate a few single travelers on each tour. The additional charge for a single on our tours are $900.00 per single traveler.
A deposit of $300.00 per traveler is required to hold a place on any tour.
The entire balance must be paid within 70 days of the start of the tour.
Deposits and additional tour balances can be paid by Visa or Master Card. Once the required deposit has been received, an invoice will be sent, showing the outstanding balance and dates to be paid.
If the balances are not paid by the due dates specified on the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.
Cancellation and Refunds:
If for unforeseen circumstances your tour has to be cancelled, you would be entitled to a 100% refund. The refund would be paid within 14 days after the cancellation of the tour.
Cancellation by Traveler:
If the traveler must cancel their booking reservation for any reason.
Deposits will be refunded at 50% or $150.00 per person as long as the written cancellation is received by 180 days prior to the tour start date.
No refund will be offered on deposits when the written cancellation is received less than 180 days prior to the tour start date.
Balance Invoice Payments:
Balance payments do not include deposits. Balance payments are the amounts sent via invoice after deposits are made. The balance payments are refunded according to the following schedule.
> If written cancellation is received 70 days or more prior to the start date of the tour balance payments will be issued at 100%, 14 days after written cancellation is received.
> If written cancellation is received between 31 and 70 days prior to the start date of the tour balance payments will be issued at 50%, 14 days after written cancellation is received.
> If written cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to the start of the tour no refund will be issued to traveler.
Other Cancellation Reasons:
In order to receive a refund for the following reasons, written information must be received in a timely manner.
Physician documented medical emergencies must be received in writing.
Police documented cases of accident, flood, fire or other crimes which would necessitate a cancellation must be received in writing.
No Refund Policy:
No refund will be issued to travelers for the following reasons:
> Non medical or personal problems
> Airlines delays or cancellations
> Inability to obtain passports prior to tour start date
> Business problems or emergencies
> Personal emergencies or family emergencies
Due to limited space on tour vans, each traveler is limited to one bag and one carry-on. Additional luggage may be accessed an additional charge.
Walking on Tours
All tours require a few hours per day of walking and sightseeing. All travelers must be able to walk for a minimum of 3 hours per day. These tours are not recommended for travelers with back, knee or heart problems.
Smoking on Tours
All of our tours are non smoking tours. If a smoker is on a tour, they may not smoke on tour vans, restaurants or in accommodations.
We have a strict policy of no cell phone usage on tour vans. This is for the comfort of the other guests and the privacy of the traveler.

Limits of Liability
Tuscany and Beyond Tours accepts no responsibility for any loss, expense, accident, injury or damage to any person or property due to the actions or omissions of any person or any cause including but not limited to acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, defects in machinery breakdown of equipment, weather, quarantine, negligence, loss of baggage or other causes beyond our control. All such losses being the responsibility of the guest.
